Spring Cleaning

That was a long, cold winter.

The past few weeks have been filled with glorious weather.  The streak of cold weather, gray days and snow has ended.  And, each week, the weather has gotten that much warmer.

It's working time now on the farm.  The harsh winter certainly left its mark.  The team has been fixing fences and gates, cleaning out the stalls and barn, tilling the garden (a lot), replanting the worn out pasture, and more.

The cows are loving the grass and warmer temperatures, lying in the sun, enjoying the warmth.

Even the barn cats have relaxed and can be found stretched out in the cool grass of spring.

What is your crew working on? What needs attention after the long winter?  What part of Spring farm/garden work is your favorite?
